We don't offer personalisation as standard on cut glasses, due to the limited space available for additional engraving. If there is something you would like added, please contact us first to discuss feasibility.

Dispatch / Delivery
All glassware is engraved to order, so although we normally get orders processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, it is important that you allow 3 working days for dispatch, especially during busy peak times.
Additional Engraving - Conditions Any glassware with additional / personalisation is non returnable. Please ensure any additional engraving details supplied are correctly entered.
