Dispatch / Delivery

All clothing is embroidered to order, so although we normally get orders processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, it is important that you allow 3 working days for dispatch, especially during busy peak times (4 days at Xmas)

If 24Hr Tracked Delivery is selected, the order will be put to the top of that day’s queue, and it will be processed as a priority but it does not guarantee same day dispatch or any kind of next day delivery.

Returns Policy, Please Read (The Consumer Regulations 2013) All embroidered clothing is classed as personalised and made to order items and is exempted from any right to return legislation. Although where possible, we will always try to rectify any issues with regarding incorrect sizing, we cannot however offer any returns for exceptionally sized clothing such as small and sizes between 2XL & 5XL.
